A nine years old boy from Amsterdam, Laurent Simons is all set to become the world’s youngest graduate in the world.
Simons will get the bachelor degree in electrical engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology (TUE) on December. The course is considered tough even for students of average graduate age.
LAURENT’S FURTHER STUDIES
Laurent Simons has finished is second school at the age of eight and is set to become a youngest graduated in the world by next month, completing his studies in just one months. He plans to enrol for a PhD programme in electrical engineering and simultaneously study for a medicine degree.
BEFORE LAURENT SIMONS
Before Laurent, Maichael Kearney held the record for the youngest graduate. He graduated from the university of Alabama at the age of 10. Kearney has held the title since 1994.
